SEPHIROT INTRODUCTION
The sephirot are vessels that
receive the light which descends from above. Each sephirah can be thought
of as corresponding to a particular state of consciousness or brain function.
In particular, the left side of the tree corresponds to the left hemisphere
of the brain, and the right side of the tree corresponds to the right hemisphere
of the brain. The top of the tree corresponds to states that we usually
identify as "spiritual", and the bottom of the tree to states
that are closer to the "physical". The sephirot on the middle
pillar correspond to the balance or integration of the right and left brain
hemispheres. Additonally, when the sephirot were reconstituted after the
shattering of the vessels, a holographic universe
was created in which everything is connected. Thus, each sephirah also contains
another Tree of Life within it, which in turn contains another tree, and
