The U.S. space program is now separate from all other space programs. With no national
space agency the Space Centers are at the mercy of congressional cost cutters. There are very few science payloads and most commercial payloads fly on foreign launchers. Several small space launch vehicles explode on the pads. There is a back log of payloads. Your two choices are:
Fly U.S. payloads on EU vehicles,
Fly U.S. payloads on Chinese or Japanese vehicles,
The Chinese Longmarch rocket.
